Cancellation Policy

What to Expect in Our Time Together: Whether you're here to gain clarity in your career, build confidence in your next step, or find greater ease and emotional well-being, this is a space created just for you. Our time together is designed to support your growth—inside and out. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we meet. Just come as you are, and we’ll take it from there with intention, compassion, and actionable support tailored to you. Session Format & Length: All sessions are held via Zoom unless we’ve made other arrangements. Please plan to be in a quiet, private space where you can be fully present. Sessions length is based on the service you selected. Please refer to the service description for the length of time to expect we spend together. Rescheduling & 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: I completely understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid forfeiting the session. Ideally, 48 hours is appreciated so I can offer the time to another client. If something urgent or unexpected comes up, I fully support you in taking care of it and rescheduling. That said, if you’re thinking about rescheduling because you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, discouraged, or distracted—those are actually some of the best times to keep your session. That’s exactly what this space is here for. No-Show Policy: Please make every effort to arrive on time. If you're more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a no-show and may be forfeited.
